Luxator Elevator
HDY offers a full range of high-quality dental and oral surgical instruments covering diagnostics, periodontal, endodontic, restorative, implant, and surgical applications.
Engineered for precision, durability, and clinical performance.

Why Choose HDY Luxator Elevators
The core challenge of extraction is to “wedge in, lever out, yet protect adjacent teeth and bone plates.” HDY’s new-generation elevators address this with three key improvements:
Material & Heat Treatment
Medical-grade steel, HRC52 after heat treatment, deep-cryo toughened for optimal hardness-toughness balance and corrosion resistance.
Double-Sided Cutting
Blade thinned by 20%, edge down to 0.2mm, easily wedging into the PDL space with minimal trauma to bone and neighbors.
Ergonomic Metal Handle
Solid, well-balanced grip for precise force control during prolonged procedures.
Standard Straight / Angled Series
The everyday workhorse. Four blade widths (2 / 3 / 3.5 / 4mm), each in straight and angled versions, covering single-rooted incisors to bulky multi-rooted molars.
YTB30G / YTB30WG
Blade: 3mm
Type: S / A
Typical Scenario: Canines, maxillary 1st premolars
YTB35G / YTB35WG
Blade: 3.5mm
Type: S / A
Typical Scenario: Maxillary molars, mandibular premolars
YTB40G / YTB40WG
Blade: 4mm
Type: S / A
Typical Scenario: Bulky multi-rooted / wide-crown teeth
Straight vs. Angled — How to Choose?
- Straight: vertical crown-down wedging & leverage; preferred in anterior regions with good visibility.
- Angled: follows root curvature; ideal in molar/posterior areas with limited access — "hooks" the root for controlled luxation.

YT30G | Straight

YT30WG | Angled
Specialty Blade Series
For cases beyond the reach of standard elevators — impacted, fractured, or apically retained roots.
YT30G / YT30WG
Blade: 3mm
Type: S / A Thickened
Typical Scenario:Reinforced — calcified/bulky roots; torsion-resistant
YTB30FG
Blade: 3mm
Type: Reverse angle
Typical Scenario:Reverse-angle — impacted 3rd molars, tight contacts
YTB30SWG
Blade: 3mm
Type: SDouble-curved blade
Typical Scenario:Double-curve — fractured roots, anatomical adaptation
YTG1G
Blade: 1.5mm
Type: Root tip erect
Typical Scenario: Apical elevators (S/L/R) — apical root tips
⚠ Caution: Apical elevators have the finest blades — avoid lateral prying force; clear granulation tissue with a curette first.

Supporting Extraction Kit
HDY’s extraction system goes beyond elevators — ligament cutters, curettes, and forceps complete the workflow:
BY05G / BY06G
Type: Anterior/Posterior
Typical Scenario:Score PDL before elevation — reduces luxation resistance
WS25G / WS25CG
Type: Φ2.5mm oBarbed
Typical Scenario:Debride socket granulation & bone fragments

Quick Selection Guide
- Small anterior single-root → 2mm S/A
- Canine / premolar → 3mm S/A
- Maxillary molar / wide crown → 3.5–4mm.
- Impacted 3rd molar / tight contact → reverse-angle / double-curve
- Apical root tip → 1.5mm apical elevator (L/R/S).
- Bulky root, anti-torsion → reinforced 3mm
